I bought a car from Importacar about a week ago and worked with Brian. What a great experience! How often do you hear that when buying a car? Since I was coming from out of town, I had checked ahead of time to be sure the car was available. When I arrived, I was impressed with the great selection of vehicles on the lot. The car I wanted to see had been pulled to the front door, and was exactly as it appeared in pictures online. Brian was down-to-earth, professional, and excellent to work with. We discussed the car and he answered all my questions without car salesman jargon or pressure tactics. The purchase transaction was well-explained and included no 'behind-the-curtain' conversations. Based on my experience, Brian is more focused on customer service than a sales pitch. For example, since Brian was unable to fill the car with gas himself that day before I arrived, he gave me cash to fill the tank on my way home. Who does that!? Brian does that. I loved working with Brian on this deal. I found my dream car online and was a little hesitant because of the distance. He was very responsive and respectful through out the whole process. The website included so much information and pictures of the vehicle that it was easy to make the decision. My credit union verified they are a legitimate dealer. The transaction was all done through mail. The car had to be shipped to me 1700 miles. He was always open to pick me up from the airport and finalize the transaction. I preferred to have the car shipped to me. It was a torturous wait but all things considered I did not have the time to fly and drive it back. It arrived very safe in about 2-3 weeks because of the distance and challenge of getting a trucking company to bring it. I would recommend this dealer to anybody in the USA. They have great cars and are great people to work with!

I found the car I was looking for online at an auction site. With a coordinated effort I was able to purchase the car. I drove over 300 miles sight unseen to pick it up. Due to my business, I have been cursed with a very critical eye. I am pleased that Brian and Andrew at Importacar apparently have the same curse when it comes to cars. My wife and I have been stopping in randomly over the past few months just to check out what?s new on the lot. This week, we found a perfect car for us which I decided to get for my wife for Mother?s Day. I am not very good at keeping surprises so we picked the car up yesterday. When we arrived, the car had been cleaned even though storms were imminent, the car had been filled with fuel and a full service had been conducted by a top mechanic even though it wasn?t technically due yet. The car was almost flawless with the exception of a slightly weathered antenna?which was also replaced without us requesting. It?s as though Brian and Andrew are buyer?s representatives for these cars even before there is a buyer. My wife and I had the luxury of living nearby and being able to check out the cars in person but I have no doubt that if we had driven for hours, I would have been just as pleasantly surprised. It was one of the most pleasant car purchases that we have ever made and I have no doubt that we spent the perfect amount on a perfect car. It is very obvious that Brian and Andrew care about what they do and they take their jobs very seriously, which is very rare over the past few years in any trade, much less the used car trade. If more dealers conducted themselves in such a manner, the negative stereotypes within this sector would soon disappear.

This has to be the best experience purchasing a car that I have ever had. I have purchased several cars in my life and Brian made this a great experience. My wife even had a good time and the entire transaction was less than a couple of hours. That doesn't happen often when buying a car. We traveled from East TN and really glad we did. I bought my 2013 infiniti g37 from Brian. Before I bought the car from Brian, I checked with all the dealers from Raleigh to Charlotte over two weeks, but I made my decision to buy the car from Brian only with three email from him. The price is very upfront, and his comments about the car are very valid. But still we had some doubt before we came to his place. Will it be exactly the same car as he described? Why is the price so low? Will there be any hidden issue? All the doubt had been resolved once I saw the car and Brian himself. The car is in perfect condition and Brian is a very easygoing guy to talk with. All the buying process is extremely smoothy, we tested the car on the road, at the meantime, he prepared all the document for us. Signed all the document, handed over the check, and drove the awesome car back home. Simply as it is. Thanks to Brian. Will definitely buy our future cars from him for sure. Ever since watching the Duke Boys make their orange ’69 Dodge Charger fly, I’ve been a car guy. I’ve owned 13 vehicles, to include sports cars, sedans, trucks, and SUVs. I’ve bought cars (both new and old) in-person, over the phone, and on-line while living on 18 different addresses in 6 different states (military). In all my time, I have NEVER seen such quality used vehicles on a car lot as there are at Importacar located in Madison, NC (just north of Greensboro, NC). Yes, yes, I know what you may be thinking…”he must be getting paid to say this stuff”. This is the kicker….I’m not. Not one penny, not one favor…nothing. I simply recognize perfection when I see it. Also, I very seldom- to-never provide comments on social media. But as a car guy, when I saw what I saw at Importacar…I had to tell someone. The majority of their vehicles are only a year or so old, with all available factory options included, i.e. top-of-the-line, and VERY low miles. When I was last there, they had not 1 but 2 2015 Toyota Avalons, fully loaded with all factory options, with each having only 1K miles on the odometer. That’s just unheard of! Get this…to make sure there cars are always looking their best, they have a young guy who works on their lot whose only job is to completely detail each car…whether it needs it or not. He goes from one car to the next, continuously detailing each one, inside and out. I swear, the cars I test drove looked AND smelled like new….no nasty smoke or mildew smells! These cars have no dings, dents, and/or color fade (inside or out). Seriously, the cars have NO BLEMISHES! It’s as if they rolled right off of a Barrett Jackson auction block. As far as fuel, they put 92 octane in each car, whether it calls for it or not! I’ve have NEVER seen anything like that! While I was there last month, picking out my car (more on that later), a guy drove up in a little 2-seater sports car. Brian (the owner of Importacar), who was helping me out (they are VERY personal, with Brian providing the majority of the customer service), informed me the guy had driven from South Florida (well over a 20 hour round-trip drive) to trade in his sports car for a new one. Guess where we bought his original car from?? That’s right….Importacar. Dedication like this to Importacar is not uncommon. Check out their website or Facebook page for more stories just like this one. Seriously, if you are looking for a very good, quality used vehicle at an awesome price, you have to check this place out. BTW, I did purchase a car from them—a 2016 VW Passat, fully loaded, only 9K miles, still looked and smelled like new…for WELL under the NADA value. From this point on, when I and/or my family is needing their next car, I’m buying from Importacar…..case closed!
